Purchase and Shipping Policies
Purchases are made through our website and shipped via Canada Post. We also offer pickup in North Vancouver. Specific details about shipping or pickup can be arranged at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there are active promotions for free delivery.
Return Policies
You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is also the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Jewelry that has been worn or altered
- Gift cards
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several days. Partial refunds may be issued for items that are damaged or returned after 30 days.
Exchanges:
